Job summary

Atrium is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead day-to-day accounts receivable activities in the Atlanta Metro Area. The role requires strong full-cycle AR collections and O2C experience, with familiarity in HighRadius and/or Blackline.

You will oversee a team of AR specialists, oversee credit underwriting, cash application, and month-end close processes across global entities, while ensuring SOX controls and reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate Accounts Receivable, Commercial Credit, or Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management or team lead experience in a corporate shared services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in large ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounts receivable, billing, corporate credit underwriting, and collection activities while leading a team of AR specialists.
• Evaluate customer financial profiles, establish and monitor commercial credit limits, and mitigate credit risk in alignment with corporate treasury guidelines.
• Monitor daily cash applications, resolve unapplied cash, manage deductions or short-payments, and lead month-end ledger closing activities for global entities.
• Enforce strict SOX internal controls related to revenue recognition, bad debt reserves, and aging accounts, while generating actionable DSO and aging reports for senior finance leadership.

• Role Focus: Oversee day-to-day accounts receivable, billing, corporate credit underwriting, and collection activities while leading a team of AR specialists.

• Cash Application & Reconciliations: Monitor daily cash applications, resolve unapplied cash, manage deductions or short-payments, and lead the month-end ledger closing activities for global entities.
• Compliance & Reporting: Enforce strict SOX internal controls related to revenue recognition, bad debt reserves, and aging accounts, while generating actionable DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and aging reports for senior finance leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:
