BayView Industries of Green Bay Inc is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing, family-owned company. You will provide financial, customer, and administrative services to ensure timely and accurate payment of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include processing customer payments (cash, checks, ACH, wires, and credit cards), preparing daily bank deposits, researching payment discrepancies, and supporting month-end reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• One year or more related experience and/or training required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Customer service skills
• Works well in a team environment as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments and record cash, checks, ACH, wires, and credit card transactions.
• Prepare daily bank deposits.
• Research and solve payment discrepancies across customer assignments.
• Process credit card payments and refunds to cards.
• Settle sales adjustments and customer returns on accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
• Work with Credit and Collections on account reconciliation.
• Run and review monthly reports for account reconciliation.
• Performs other related duties as required.
