BayView Industries of Green Bayh Inc. is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide financial, customer, and administrative services to ensure timely payment of assigned accounts.

The role focuses on processing payments, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with the Credit and Collections team to resolve discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• One year or more related experience and/or training required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Critical thinking skills.Customer service skills
• Works well in a team environment as well as independently.
