ABC Supply is seeking a Branch A/R Specialist for our Beloit, WI location. You will apply customer payments promptly, liaise with branches and internal teams, and ensure accurate cash and ledger reconciliations. A strong AR background and solid Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounts receivable and general accounting principles.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem resolution and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Previous AS400 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate application of customer account payments.
• Communicate effectively with customers, branches, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Verify accuracy of branch cash and credit card drawers and make corrections.
• Reconcile branch cash and customer accounts.
• Prepare and process journal entries per company policy.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and branches.
• Provide World Class Customer Service to customers, branches, and internal departments.
• Identify and elevate repetitive branch and customer issues.
• Aging review.
