Job summary

TERREPOWER is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. You will manage the full AR process, including billing, cash posting, and collections, partnering with Sales and Pricing to resolve issues and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• 2+ years of cash keying experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute all accounts receivable functions accurately and timely.
• Review packing slip reports for billing accuracy.
• Analyze Core Check-in documents, resolve discrepancies, and process credit memos.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and internal teams to resolve issues.
