Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts receivable experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Create and process customer invoices per billing schedules.
• Apply customer payments to correct accounts with high detail.
• Generate statements, reminders, and follow-ups to facilitate payments.
• Monitor AR aging to identify potential concerns.
• Assist with month-end close and cash deposit reconciliations.
• Coordinate with transportation/vendor billing liaison.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
