Sewickley Academy is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain accuracy in AR operations, process payments, and ensure revenue posting reliability. This on-site, in-office role requires a fixed weekly schedule and strong detail orientation.

The successful candidate will manage invoicing, payments, and cash reconciliations with outsourced dining vendor liaison duties. Qualifications include an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1–3 years of AR experience using

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounts receivable experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and process customer invoices per billing schedules.
• Apply payments to correct accounts with high detail.
• Generate statements, reminders, and follow-up for payments.
• Monitor AR aging and identify potential issues.
• Assist with month-end close and cash deposit reconciliations.
• Manage collections and follow-up on delinquent accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff on transportation logistics.
• Serve as billing liaison with outsourced dining vendor.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
