Planet Group seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist for a 3-month, on-site assignment in Somerville, MA. This contract role offers an hourly rate of $29–$31 and requires 1–3 years of experience in collections/AR, with solid Excel skills.

You will perform end-to-end AR activities, process balances, support month-end close, and maintain accurate ledger records while communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.

Formación

• 1–3 years of accounts receivable or collections experience.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Collect outstanding balances and post receivables to the GL.
• Conduct credit reviews and vendor analyses.
• Research discrepancies to resolve past-due balances.
• Assist in month-end closing and AR reconciliations.
• Maintain data for accurate billing and timely sales tax remittance.
• Communicate with customers and coordinate with other departments.
• Support in reporting credit and collection metrics.
