Responsibilities include managing collections, researching discrepancies, posting cash receipts, and supporting month-end close. Requirements: 1+ year AR/Collections experience, strong communication, and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience
• Strong customer communication and phone skills
• Intermediate Excel skills; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage customer collections and follow up on past-due balances
• Research payment discrepancies and resolve customer account issues
• Post cash receipts and credits and assist with AR reconciliations
• Support month-end close and credit/collections reporting
