Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in Oak Creek, WI is seeking an entry-level Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the finance team. You will process and post customer invoices and payments, and handle related A/R tasks under supervision.

Candidates should have strong Excel and Word skills, good communication, and the ability to analyze data to explain discrepancies and improve accuracy. A finance or accounting degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, reconcile and process all customer invoices.
• Correct/resolve invoice discrepancies/issues.
• Reconcile short pays and skipped invoices
• Scan/File all customer invoices
• Apply cash/checks to customer accounts
• Print, email customer A/R statements
• Prepare A/R reporting (monthly, ad hoc, etc)
