Under routine supervision, you will handle moderately complex accounts and oversee charges for invoicing. You will resolve freight payment issues with customers, including collections and variances, while maintaining timely invoicing and accurate aging reports. Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED with 1–2 years of education/experience.
• Associates degree preferred with 1–2 years experience.
• Strong written communication and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Reduce outstanding accounts receivables of assigned customers.
• Obtain and investigate missing or incomplete documentation for billing.
• Accurate and timely invoicing.
• Audit billed charges for validity.
• Set up automated aging reports.
• Contact customers for payment status and resolutions.
• Work with internal/external customers to identify root causes.
• Direct application of customer payments to invoices.
• Maintain relationships under challenging situations.
• Engage with JB Hunt employees and customers regarding billing inquiries.
