J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Support I to perform a limited range of administrative duties, compile and arrange data, and maintain records.

The role operates under close supervision with prescribed routines and available oversight. Qualified candidates are 18+ with 0-1 year of education/experience, and must be able to multi-task, maintain accuracy, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contact via phone and e-mail internal and external customers to retrieve and image needed paperwork.
• Maintain a working knowledge of organization and/or department procedures related to work performed.
• Maintain quality results and standards as determined by the department.
• Maintain/Retrieve/Manage information for efficiency and accuracy.
• Understand and implement administrative systems, procedures, policies, and practices.
• Communicate with people within and outside of the organization (answer questions, address concerns, resolve basic problems, etc.).
• Compile, copy, sort, and maintain files and records.
