QXO, Inc is seeking a Specialist I, Accounts Receivable to process payments, maintain records, and resolve routine discrepancies. You’ll collaborate with Credit, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate balances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2–5 years accounts receivable, finance, billing, or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP or financial systems and Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Apply customer payments, credits, adjustments to appropriate accounts.
• Research routine discrepancies and respond to customer questions about invoices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Finance to resolve account questions.
• Assist with month-end AR activities and balance reconciliations.
