Job summary

Rain Bird is seeking a skilled accounts receivable professional to support cash application, reconciliation and deduction management in a high-volume environment. The AR Representative I will issue monthly statements and assist in resolving payment discrepancies.

The role includes collections, invoicing, and month-end close tasks to improve billing efficiency. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Business or Finance, 1–3 years AR experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related fields preferred.
• 1–3 years of AR/collections or related financial operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy in tasks.
• PC literate in Windows with Excel and Word.
• Dependable, self-motivated and a team player.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time and priority management, organization, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash application, account reconciliation, and deduction management.
• Issue monthly statements to customers and assist in payment discrepancy resolution.
• Perform collections, cash application, and order management.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc customer statements and support month-end close.
• Maintain accounts receivable files and obtain proof of delivery documentation.
• Other ad hoc duties as requested.
