Responsibilities

• Perform collection and cash application activities.
• Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection efforts to minimize overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, billing, pricing, deduction, and payment disputes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve account issues.
• Process and reconcile customer payments, credits, deductions, and account adjustments.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and collection notes in the ERP system.
• Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts to management and recommend actions.
• Support credit reviews with payment history and account analysis.
• Prepare periodic reports on collections performance and aging trends.
• Assist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and audit requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
