Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to perform AR and clerical duties for the Corporate Finance group. The role is hybrid with in-office training in the first year, then a hybrid schedule per policy.

You will handle invoicing, collections, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities while maintaining customer files and supporting audit work papers. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable, collections or credit experience.
• Associate’s degree in accounting or business is required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer files and folders.
• Prepare accounts receivable invoices and process online invoicing.
• Perform collections calls on past-due accounts and send statements.
• Research and resolve account disputes and billing discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and general ledger journal entries.
• Prepare, update and distribute AR reports.
