Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Combined experience of a minimum of 2 years working within a fast-paced business environment and experience working with Microsoft office.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field or a combination of associate’s degree with accounting/business and 1+ years in accounting clerical role.
• Combined experience of a minimum of 2 years working within the credit/collections field and experience with processing receivables.

Responsibilities

• Process and post payments and remittance data.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, including collections follow-up and status review.
• Support billing activities, including RMAs, credits, and COGS.
• Research discrepancies and resolve account issues; communicate payment status.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer financial information and company records.
• Assist with training new staff and back-up support for Tier I AR representatives.
