Northwest Pump is seeking an organized and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team. This full-time, hybrid role supports accurate customer accounts, payment processing, and timely collections to help maintain our financial health.

Ideal candidates have AR experience or an Associate’s degree in Accounting, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent AR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and maintain electronic payment arrangements.
• Process refunds, account adjustments, and miscellaneous invoices.
• Respond to phone calls and emails from internal and external customers.
• Maintain and process state tax exemption certificates.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with additional projects or tasks as needed.
