Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a fast-paced, high-volume accounting department. The role focuses on payment application and cash posting, ensuring customer payments are accurately applied to the correct accounts and invoices using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of AR or administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and experience with MS Office. SupplyPro experience is highly preferred and a major plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AR or administrative experience.
• Experience with high-volume payment processing.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply high-volume customer payments
• Accurately post payments to customer accounts and invoices
• Research and resolve payment application discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AR records and account information
• Work within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for AR processing
