ABOUT THE ROLE

Ni2 Health is actively recruiting for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Team. The ideal candidate is action-oriented and eager to learn and grow with Ni2 to advance within the organization. The AR Specialist will:

1. Have proven experience with hospital inpatient, outpatient, CAH, Method I & II, RHC, and provider-based billing knowledge.

2. Be able to independently bill hospital and professional claims.

3. Be able to independently follow up thoroughly on hospital AR.

4. Manage denials effectively through thorough processes.

5. Gain exposure to proprietary tools and technology.

6. Perform other duties as assigned.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Diploma (College degree preferred)

• At least 5 years of hospital and/or physician AR billing experience.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.

• Proficiency with hospital EMRs such as Cerner (highly preferred), Epic, McKesson, CPSI, Meditech, etc.

• Proficiency with billing systems like Waystar, SSI, Quadax, Availity, etc.
