Accounts Receivable Specialist | Healthcare

Ni2 Health is actively recruiting for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Team. The ideal candidate is action-oriented and eager to learn and grow within Ni2 to advance their career. The AR Specialist will:

1. Have proven experience with hospital inpatient, outpatient, CAH, Method I & II, RHC, and provider-based billing knowledge.
2. Be able to independently bill hospital and professional claims.
3. Conduct thorough follow-up on hospital AR independently.
4. Manage denial processes effectively and independently.
5. Gain exposure to our proprietary tools and technology.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicant Requirements and Skills

• Position is fully remote.
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hospital and/or physician AR billing experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Experience with hospital EMRs such as Cerner (highly preferred), Epic, McKesson, CPSI, Meditech, etc.
• Experience with billing systems like Waystar, SSI, Quadax, Availity, etc.
