Job summary

Auburn Gear, LLC. in Kentucky is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage invoicing, cash receipts, and collection of past due accounts. You will perform timely analysis and post daily remittances while supporting a strong financial team.

This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Controller and requires attention to detail, adherence to GAAP, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. Strong communication with customers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related college coursework preferred.
• 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and practices.
• Experience with ERP programs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and cash receipts processing.
• Collection of past due accounts and reducing days in receivables.
• Process credit memos and balance remittances.
• Prepare revenue and receivables reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate with customer service and sales to resolve issues.
