A leading food processing solutions company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Winchester, KY. The ideal candidate will generate and manage customer invoices, maintain accounts receivable records, and resolve payment discrepancies. Proficiency in Excel and prior Accounts Receivable experience are essential, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in accounting or finance. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SalesForce and QuickBooks would be preferred but not required.
• Prior Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generating timely and accurate customer invoices on a monthly basis.
• Maintaining accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date.
• Monitoring incoming payments and ensuring they are applied correctly.
• Resolving discrepancies between customer payments and invoices.
• Assisting with month-end closing activities.
• Maintaining an organized workspace and demonstrating critical thinking skills.
