• Balances daily work to what has been posted in the system.
• Contacts insurance companies for posting payments.
• Downloads electronic remittance advices for participating insurers.
• Posts payments to the correct accounts receivable, bad debt, or general ledger accounts.
• Posts denials from insurance companies and transfers to the next responsible party.
