Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up on accounts with unanswered statements.
• Obtain information from guarantor/insurance to secure reimbursement.
• Research accounts to resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Review accounts against charity guidelines.
• Receive calls and mail within the assigned area.
• Make account adjustments and correct postings as needed.
• Cerner SME duties as needed.
• Assist training of new Customer Service Representatives.
