Role Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston, SC. This position is responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices, recording payments, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. Daily tasks include monitoring aging reports, following up on past-due accounts, coordinating debt collection activities, and resolving billing discrepancies with internal teams and customers. The specialist will communicate regularly with project managers and the finance team to ensure correct job costing and timely revenue recognition. The role also involves preparing reports, supporting month-end closing activities, and recommending process improvements to strengthen cash flow management.

Qualifications
