Job summary

Rust Automation & Controls is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoices, payments, and collections in West Jordan, UT. You will work independently to apply customer payments and resolve account issues while collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on AR or accounting experience, ERP familiarity (NetSuite, SAP or similar), and strong communication skills. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP or similar) required.
• Ability to independently manage full-cycle receivables (collections, reconciliations, credit evaluations).
• Strong phone communication and collections/negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Payments: Generate invoices for drop-ship orders, process payments, and post daily deposits.
• Customer Account Management: Maintain accurate customer records, evaluate credit limits, and handle Will Call orders.
• Reporting & Improvements: Maintain accounting reports and identify process improvements in AR.
