EPS Security is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role supports the AR and Collections team with payments, deposits, and customer account management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Minimum of one year accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Post all forms of customer payments and process daily deposits and cash receipts.
• Research and resolve unapplied payments.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding billing inquiries.
• Review delinquent accounts and follow established collection procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve past-due issues and support collection efforts.
• Process and maintain bankruptcy and small claims documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
• Assist with additional accounts receivable and collections activities as assigned.
