DJ's Landscape Management in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a team focused on timely billing in accordance with contracts. You will review, post and follow up on invoices, manage aging reports and deliver statements to clients while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires 1 year of accounting/receivable experience, strong data entry, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualificações

• 1 year of accounting, accounts payable or accounts receivable experience.
• Excellent math, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Creates installment invoices based on client contracts.
• Creates invoices for additional and per time services.
• Reviews aging weekly and follows up with past due balances.
• Produces weekly aging report for management showing % due 0-30, 31-60, etc.
• Prepares and distributes statements to clients.
• Provides superior customer service while responding to client billing questions.
• Enters invoices into client portals as required.
• Answer incoming calls and provide superior customer service.
• Cross trains in all areas of administration to assist where needed.
• Other duties as required or requested.
