Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable, including medical billing and city billings.
• Apply and reconcile payments to client remittance.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain ledger accuracy.
• Record contributions and donations; assist with accounts payable tasks.
• Prepare bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits; support month-end activities.
