Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in accounting or any similar combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile customers’ accounts at the end of the month.
• Prepare customers’ statements at the beginning of every month.
• Bill credit companies monthly.
