Job summary

Precision of New Hampton is seeking an outgoing, high-energy Accounts Receivable handler to join our team. The role blends day-to-day accounting with processing customer orders, coordinating with Precision Distributors and Warehouses, and providing phone support for branches and sales.

You will be the frontline contact, requiring organization, multitasking and courteous communication to ensure accurate payments, timely invoices, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have patience and courtesy in customer relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think quickly and respond to inquiries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain records of expenditures and payments.
• Process customer orders and enter sales and credit card transactions.
• Respond to vendor invoices and ensure payments are timely.
• Post payments to customer accounts and prepare invoices.
• Answer phone, schedule pickups, and provide phone support to branch staff.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and prepare delinquent reports.
• Assist in daily customer service tasks and order confirmations.
