Bartlett Roofing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage customer accounts, payments, and insurance claims. You will support Accounting and Sales teams while ensuring timely, accurate billing and collections.

The role requires 1–2 years in accounting or AR, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting software. This on-site position offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within a dynamic company culture.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Comfortable working with accounting software and learning new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Process and deposit customer checks and reconcile customer payments.
• Maintain accurate ACH and check deposit records.
• Reconcile expenses and close out jobs once final payment has been received and applied.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and communicate with Sales personnel regarding overdue balances.
• Assist the Sales team with customer billing questions and account information.
