Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or accounts receivable is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend information and follow instructions.
• Meticulously detailed in all duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Patient, professional communicator who can explain account and payment information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Process AR payments by check, credit card, and ACH.
• Process charge account applications and verify required documents.
• Monitor AR email inbox and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Provide customer support via AR direct phone line.
• Retrieve and distribute invoice copies on request.
• Generate and email monthly AR statements.
• Open, sort, and process incoming AR mail.
• Support management with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace.
