Job summary

The Bancorp Bank is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator I to support Leasing Operations, focusing on timely processing and posting of payments and ACH transactions. You will work within the Fleet Management Services team to ensure accurate records and efficient cash flow.

Responsibilities include processing daily payments, wire transfers, and ACH entries, while maintaining data integrity and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year accounts receivable experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ≤2 violations/accidents in last 3 years.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in Odessa or similar leasing system.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication.
• Team player; able to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Processes daily lease payments in the Odessa Leasing system.
• Processes daily electronic wire transfers and daily deposits from customers.
• Updates and maintains ACH file in the Odessa system.
• Scans payment checks into the electronic storage system.
• Performs duties accurately and within deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
