Greenix Pest Control is seeking an AR Accountant to record, verify, and post payments into the accounting system. You will report to the Accounting Manager and support a fast-paced team focused on accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires 1–5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, ownership-minded mindset. This on-site position offers solid benefits and growth opportunities within the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Associates in accounting (Bachelor's preferred)
• 1-5 Years of experience in accounting
• Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting functions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Daily/Weekly Responsibilities Include: Assist with customer disputes by providing sufficient documentation to merchant services.
• Review ACH/Credit Card chargebacks.
• Process customer voids.
• Address any Ad hoc requests or other projects assigned.
• Monthly Responsibilities Include: Assist with month-end and annual close.
• Manage reconciliations of assigned accounts and ensure they are updated accurately.
