Job summary

Greenix Pest Control is seeking an AR Accountant to record, verify and post payments into the accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate transactions in accordance with internal policies. You will report to the Accounting Manager in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven team.

Responsibilities include managing customer disputes documentation, reviewing ACH/credit card chargebacks, processing voids, assisting with month-end close and account reconciliations, and handling ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Associates in accounting; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–5 years of accounting experience.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting functions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Process customer voids.
• Address any Ad hoc requests or other projects assigned.
• Assist with month-end and annual close.

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities

Requirements
