Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Experience in the engineering, construction, or consulting industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of project-based billing or time & materials invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on project milestones.
• Monitor accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate posting of payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
