Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing to ensure timely and accurate receipt of payments for goods and services.
• Generate invoices in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Prepare lien waivers and supporting documentation.
• Verify that customers pay invoices in full.
• Maintain detailed records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Utilize third-party invoicing platforms and participate in PM meetings to resolve billing issues and support cross-functional collaboration.
