The role reports to the Financial Controller and requires detail orientation and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include posting payments, reconciling ledgers, preparing statements, and communicating with customers to collect outstanding balances.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college or technical education required.
• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
• Experience with D365 or related accounting system is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented with good organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Verify and enter revenue transactions accurately.
• Update receivable accounts by tracking and totaling unpaid invoices.
• Prepare and distribute customer statements.
• Coordinate monthly transfers to AR accounts and verify balances.
• Contact customers by phone and email to confirm payment dates.
• Investigate account discrepancies with Sales, Customer Service, and customers.
• Resolve valid deductions and address invalid deductions per procedures.
• Maintain accurate invoice and receivable records and prepare AR reports.
• Protect confidential financial and customer information.
