The candidate will manage daily AR tasks, communicate with customers on invoices and credits, and help resolve billing issues, while contributing to the overall AR process and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping functions or data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Post payments to customer accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and review postings.
• Assist credit department and branch staff with account questions.
• Communicate with customers on invoices and credits.
• Apply credits to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle tax certificates and tax credits in software.
