Responsibilities

• Special Order Invoicing: Verify, generate and issue accurate customer invoices for multiple locations on a timely basis.
• Account Maintenance & Payment Processing: Post payments, apply to invoices, respond to inquiries, reconcile accounts.
• Collections: Monitor aging, contact past-due customers, assist with collection processes.
• Reporting: Generate monthly customer statements as backup support.
• Maintaining AR Records: File, scan and maintain AR docs, assist with credit applications and records.
