Job summary

Jobot is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our growing manufacturing operations in California. You will lead credit collections, manage invoicing, and oversee cash processing while ensuring compliance with company credit policies.

The role requires collaboration with sales and customer service to ensure accurate billing. In this position you will analyze customer orders, manage credit limits, perform financial reporting on receivables, and monitor aging accounts

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance role.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B credit collections, inventory management, and cash processing.
• Analyze customer orders and credit limits, ensuring compliance with company credit policies.
• Spearhead daily collections, maintaining outstanding accounts in good standing.
• Oversee cash receipts processing and manage credit insurance coverage for customers.
• Provide financial analysis and present customer financial statements to the credit manager.
• Manage and process customer invoices and payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor aging accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing.
• Generate reports on receivables and cash flow.
