Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection activities within established policies. You will operate as an individual contributor under the supervision of the Supervisor Accounts Receivable.

The role involves processing invoices, maintaining customer data, and applying payments while supporting a confidential financial environment in a dedicated office setting.

Formación

• Two years of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude for problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer invoices.
• Maintain customer contact information.
• Ensure invoices are transmitted to customers electronically or via portals or mail.
• Record daily cash receipts.
• Apply payments to customer accounts.
• Identify and communicate payment shortfalls for follow up.
• Clear approved deductions.
• Track all unauthorized deductions for follow up.
• Maintain Customer Portal access.
• Other duties as assigned.
