Qualifications

• 2+ years' collections experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally to achieve collections targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable related functions.
• Identify overdue accounts and plan actions to recover outstanding payments.
• Conduct heavy phone activity with customers and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Investigate discrepancies and update account status; alert supervisors of payment issues.
