Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Plan actions to recover outstanding payments.
• Make heavy outbound calls to customers regarding payment status.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans with debtors.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve account questions.
