Cult Gaia, a Los Angeles–based fashion brand, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support end-to-end collections across ecommerce, retail, and wholesale channels. You will follow up on overdue invoices, resolve payment disputes, and coordinate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Warehouse, and Shipping to keep billing accurate and on schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in accounts receivable or related finance role.
• Fashion/retail experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Follow weekly follow-ups on outstanding invoices and past-due balances for wholesale accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Warehouse and Shipping to resolve payment and order issues.
• Monitor AR aging and escalate high-risk accounts to AR Manager with documentation.
• Assist month-end close with aging, reconciliations and account reviews.
• Ensure billing is posted accurately and on time to support month-end deadlines.
• Prepare collections status updates for month-end reporting.
