Job summary

TruTeam in Lindon, UT is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the AR Manager and portfolio. You will contact customers for payments, negotiate arrangements, and process payments while maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities include statements, invoices, AIA billings, lien and bond handling, and ad hoc reporting. Proficiency in Excel/Oracle and accurate data handling are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years' experience in credit/collections or billing.
• Experience in building materials distribution, construction or insulation a plus.
• Lien and Bond experience preferred.
• Strong communication and accuracy in data handling.
• ERP and Oracle proficiency highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and collection support for AR Manager and portfolio.
• Contact customers for payment and negotiate arrangements.
• Process payments (check, ACH, credit card) and assist with EIPP access.
• Prepare statements, invoices, and AIA billings; maintain records.
• Support month-end close, ad hoc reporting, and data updates.
• Escalate issues timely and assist with dispute resolution.
