Job summary

B&T USA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage daily financial transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation. You will ensure accurate posting of payments, prepare statements, and maintain customer records in collaboration with the accounting team.

The role requires 2+ years AR experience, a BA in business/finance preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. This on-site position offers competitive pay and full benefits in Utah.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of accounts receivable experience.
• BA degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Create invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
• Create reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested.
• Analyze and processes accounts receivable in a timely manner.
• Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the CFO and/or other staff.
• Reconcile various accounts monthly, bringing any discrepancies to the attention of the Controller.
• Collaborate with the Controller to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
• Assist in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
• Copy, file, and retrieve materials for accounting department as needed.
• Communicate with managers and other departments about any changes of information.
• Understand and ensure compliance with all regulations concerning the department.
• Follow procedures and communicates regularly with Controller regarding problems or issues that impact ability to do job.
• File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.
