Job summary

QXO, North America’s leading distributor of insulation, roofing products and building materials, seeks an Accounts Receivable Collections specialist in Lindon, UT. You will provide administrative and collection support to the AR Manager, contact customers for payments, negotiate arrangements, and process payments.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in credit/collections, basic accounting knowledge, and strong Excel/ERP skills, with occasional travel and notary eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in credit and collections or billing
• Basic accounting and finance knowledge
• Notary eligibility may be required when hired

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and collection support for AR Manager and assigned account portfolio
• Contact customers for payment and negotiate arrangements for delinquent accounts
• Process payments (check, ACH, credit card) and assist with EIPP access
• Prepare and send statements, invoices and AIA billings; maintain distribution records
• Monitor and improve collection efforts and support month-end close processes
